About
Sky Zone in St. Louis (technically Shrewsbury, off Watson Rd) is a solid rainy day option when your kids have energy to burn. It's a chain trampoline park that delivers exactly what it promises: a massive room full of trampolines and kids going absolutely wild.
The main attraction is the open jump area — wall-to-wall connected trampolines including angled wall trampolines. There's a foam pit, dodgeball courts with trampoline floors, a warrior obstacle course, and a basketball dunk area.
Jump sessions run 60 or 90 minutes and cost about $20-30 per person. Everyone needs grip socks ($4/pair). For a family of 4, you're looking at $80-120.
Toddler Time sessions run on select weekday mornings and restrict the park to younger jumpers. Much safer for your 3-year-old than jumping alongside 12-year-olds doing flips.
Hours vary — limited weekday hours (4-8pm most days), expanded weekends. Check the website before showing up.
The facility is indoors and climate-controlled. Kids will be thoroughly exhausted after 90 minutes — consider that a feature, not a bug.
Sign the waiver online before you arrive to skip the iPad kiosk line.

Why Kids Love It
