Keeping pages fresh
Corrections Policy
Family planning details change fast. Hours, ticket prices, parking rules, exhibits, closures, and age fit can shift enough to change the whole day.
What to send
Send the page URL, venue name, city, and the specific detail that changed. The most useful corrections include current hours, ticket prices, parking notes, stroller access, bathroom or nursing-room notes, age restrictions, and seasonal closures.
Photos matter too. If an image shows the wrong venue, a duplicate image, a logo, a poor crop, or a generic stock-style scene, send that correction the same way.
How we handle corrections
We review corrections with a parent planning lens. A correction that affects whether a family should go, how long they should stay, what they should bring, or what they should expect to spend gets priority.
When a listing can no longer be verified or falls below the quality bar, we can hide it from public search and city pages until it is fixed.
Where to send it
Email hello@kidpaths.com. For venue operators, include your role and the official page or source that verifies the correction.
Need a correction?
Email hello@kidpaths.com with the page URL, city, and what changed. You can also read the full disclosures.
