About

Tiny Tiger on Miramar Road is a well-designed indoor playground that punches above its weight for families with young children in the Miramar, Scripps Ranch, and Sorrento Valley areas. The name and tiger theme are carried throughout the colorful decor, and the play structure itself is solid — multi-level climbing, slides, and interconnected tunnels that keep kids between about 2 and 6 genuinely busy.

What sets Tiny Tiger apart from more generic soft-play spaces is the intentional separation of the infant/crawler zone from the toddler main structure. If you have a 10-month-old and a 4-year-old in the same trip, you're not constantly scrambling to keep the baby away from charging bigger kids. The infant area has age-appropriate soft toys and low-obstacle exploration elements.

The space is clean, well-lit, and staffed by attentive people who actually engage with the kids. Hours are consistent Monday through Saturday from 9AM-6PM, but Sunday ends at 2PM — that one catches a lot of parents off guard. Plan accordingly if Sunday is your plan.

For families who live north of downtown San Diego, Tiny Tiger fills a real gap. Sky Zone Miramar is right nearby for older kids, but Tiny Tiger serves the under-7 crowd specifically and does it well. Socks are required as always, so pack a spare pair in the diaper bag. Bring your own snacks — the venue has limited food options on-site.

Why Kids Love It

Tiny Tiger is a bright, themed indoor playground in Miramar with climbing structures, slides, and play zones scaled for babies through early elementary age. The tiger theme carries through the decor, and kids love exploring the interconnected climbing tunnels and the dedicated infant/crawler zone. The whole space feels designed with safety as the first priority while still giving older toddlers real climbing challenges.
