About
WOW Safari Thoiry is a full-day animal outing in Yvelines, about 45 minutes by car from Paris and 20 minutes from Versailles under the operator's published driving estimates. The visit has two main parts. Families first travel an eight-kilometer safari route in their own vehicle or a separately booked bush truck.
The self-drive route takes about one hour and is included with admission. Windows must remain closed, and everyone must stay inside the vehicle.
The second part is a walking park spread across more than 90 hectares with over 750 animals. The operator suggests about three hours for this section.
