Fountain Plaza

Fountain Plaza is a water play area located inside Kiba Park in Koto City, eastern Tokyo. During warm months — typically late spring through early fall — the fountain jets activate and become a free splash pad where young children can run through water, get soaked, and cool off from the summer heat. It is entirely unstructured — no entry fee, no attendants, no rules beyond common sense.

Families arrive with a change of clothes, set up on the surrounding benches and grass, and let children play as long as they like.
