Pool Kidzone

Pool Kidzone is a dedicated children's pool area designed specifically for the youngest resort guests — infants, toddlers, and children up to about age 10. If you're traveling with little ones, this is one of the most important resort amenities to locate on your first day.

Unlike the main resort pools, which can be deep and crowded with adults, the Kidzone is built around small children's proportions and safety. Shallow water, gentle water features, and age-appropriate splash elements mean even infants in arms can enjoy the experience while toddlers and young kids splash freely with minimal supervision anxiety.

For parents, this is the difference between a stressful pool experience — constantly monitoring a 3-year-old near adult-depth water — and one where you can actually exhale. The kid-specific environment creates a natural safety net, and the other families in the Kidzone tend to be in the same parenting stage, which often leads to easy conversation and shared supervision.

Apply sunscreen before entering and plan to reapply every two hours. Even in a shaded or partially covered area, Caribbean UV exposure is intense for children's skin. Swim diapers are required for infants at most resort pools — bring a supply.

Pool toys and small floaties enhance the experience for toddlers who aren't yet confident in water. The morning session is best for cooler temperatures and thinner crowds. Most resorts' Kidzone areas are located near the main dining or bar facilities, so snacks and drinks are conveniently close.
