Dolphin Explorer offers structured dolphin interaction programs in Punta Cana, ranging from shallow-water encounters where participants stand waist-deep and interact with dolphins under trainer supervision, to full swim experiences where families share the water with dolphins performing behaviors on trainer cue. For most children, a dolphin encounter is a bucket-list experience — the combination of the animal's size, intelligence, speed, and sociability creates moments that even older, experience-jaded kids find genuinely moving.
