Grand Prismatic Spring Overlook

The Grand Prismatic Spring Overlook is one of the most spectacular viewpoints in all of Yellowstone National Park — and one of the most rewarding stops for families willing to put in a modest hike to earn the view. Grand Prismatic Spring is the largest hot spring in the United States and the third largest in the world, famous for the stunning rings of vivid orange, yellow, green, and blue that radiate outward from its deep cobalt center. Seeing those colors from ground level on the boardwalk is impressive.
